Private Hire
When the entertainment stops, the party starts. Big or Small, we will make sure your requirements are met to the highest standards. For any special requests such as decorations, particular liquor or a special birthday surprise, you can Email us at least 48 hours prior to the event at Manager@fuzzybearwindsor.co.uk to organise.
Up to 10 People
If your group is attending one of our spectacular comedy nights, or it’s someone’s Birthday, A Race day, or another event nearby – Reserve yourself a table or area completely free of charge.
11 - 30 People
To book this size booking will require a pre-order or minimum spend paid prior to booking of £50. Please contact us to secure.
31 – 50 people
Have your own part of the club and waitress service for the evening. To reserve for this size booking, we require a minimum spend of £150. You can also choose to use this towards party food and decorations. Please contact us to secure.
50+ Bookings
To secure this size booking we can provide you with all your requirements, sectioning of a massive part of the club for your special event, providing you with amazing catering and service all night long. You will be required to pay a small holding deposit of £100 + a minimum bar spend which can be negotiable. Decorations and complimentary champagne on arrival will be included upon request.
100+ Booking & Entire Venue Hire
Bookings of 100 or more, our total club capacity is 250 standing, 150 Seated. Please contact our sales director to discuss.
